Company required accelerate new customer sales growth in a scale model.

II. Task

Responsible for creating a plan, building a team and executing a partnership model, delivering growth and new customers for sales growth.

III. Action

Create a five-year operating model, expand the partner ecosystem, and deliver measurable revenue growth. I was accountable for all aspects of the partner business — from pipeline creation to bookings, customer adoption, and satisfaction — while also aligning closely with internal sales and services teams.

(Founder) Executive Leader + Builder

I. Situation

Identified a gap in the AI services market, specific to AI adoption in the U.S. mid-market with skilled AI skills and resources.

II. Task

As Founder my company to build the concept to execution for AI skills Marketplace. I define the company’s vision, build a minimum viable product, design a go-to-market strategy, and secure both partners and clients.

III. Action

I set the strategic vision and developed the MVP to address market demand and pain points. I led market research and pilot programs to validate demand across industries and regions. I built a partner ecosystem with AI, cloud, and data vendors, and I managed all business development and investor relations.

IV. Results

Within a year, we secured key clients and partners, proving the business model. The success of those early programs and partnerships positioned ConnXions as a credible player in the AI marketplace, and ultimately, the company was acquired in 2025.

Global Sales Leader

I. Situation

Joined two multinational, multi-billion dollar ISVs (Software AG), accelerate its global growth through partnerships.

II. Task

As GM & Global Channel Chief, my responsibility was to create a five-year operating model, expand the partner ecosystem, and deliver measurable revenue growth. I was accountable for all aspects of the partner business.

III. Action

Built and executed a global go-to-market strategy with partners, expanding our focus in targeted verticals and launching new SaaS opportunities. I rebuilt enablement training and introduced a repeatable partner implementation model. My approach combined strategy with hands-on execution.

IV. Results

Over 3 years at each ISV,, the partner business grew at nearly 50% CAGR, reaching $240 million. Net New Partner Sourced bookings increased by 82% to $70 million, with almost half of that coming from new logos. Expanded the partner network from around 200 to 750 — a 94% increase — and significantly grew adoption in banking, retail, manufacturing, and technology verticals. The success of this program positioned Software AG as a recognized leader in building profitable, scalable partner ecosystems that directly fueled company-wide growth.
